The Senate Agriculture Committee will consider a freshly revised farm bill this week with big potential impacts for corn biofuel demand and state budgets. Along with working to advance a farm bill, Senate leaders this week will seek to fully pass a stopgap funding measure, or continuing resolution (CR), to avert a government shutdown.
