By using Ag Digest, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our platform. Ag Digest is a curated Korean agriculture news and market intelligence service with free features and optional paid subscriptions, and we are committed to handling your data responsibly.
You may only use Ag Digest for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. Ag Digest offers both free features — including curated agriculture news, bilingual (Korean/English) articles, and market data — and paid subscription plans that unlock premium intelligence such as our Coffee and Beer & Spirits workspaces.
You can create an Ag Digest account with your email address, or by signing in with Google. Authentication is provided by our infrastructure provider, Supabase. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorization.
We store data associated with your account on our servers to operate the service — including your email address, profile details, saved articles and votes, and any community contributions such as translations or wiki edits. For subscribers, we also store a subscription record containing your email address, billing status, plan, and related details. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details on the data we collect and store.
Ag Digest lets signed-in users improve the platform — for example, by contributing or editing community translations and wiki content. By submitting contributions, you grant Ag Digest a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, distribute, and adapt those contributions within the service, and you confirm that you have the right to share them. Contributions may be attributed, edited, or removed to maintain quality and accuracy.
Ag Digest offers paid subscription plans that unlock premium features. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. When you subscribe, you authorize a recurring charge to your chosen payment method at the then-current price for your plan, billed each billing cycle until you cancel. Full card details are handled directly by Stripe and are not stored on our servers.
You may cancel at any time from the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; your paid access continues until the end of the current paid period. Payments are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, except where required by law.
We may change subscription prices from time to time; any price change takes effect on your next billing cycle. Non-payment or a violation of these Terms may result in the suspension or termination of your paid access.
Ag Digest aggregates and summarizes agriculture news from third-party sources and provides machine and community translations for convenience. Original articles remain the property of their respective publishers, and we link to the original sources. Translations and summaries are provided for general information only and may contain inaccuracies; they are not a substitute for the original reporting or for professional advice.
You may not engage in any activity that could harm the services, other users, or Ag Digest’s reputation. This includes, but is not limited to, attempts to compromise the security of the platform, automated scraping or abuse of our services, or infringement of intellectual property rights.
Ag Digest reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform for any users who violate these Terms. Suspension or termination may prevent access to some services, including paid features, until the matter is resolved.
All content and intellectual property provided by Ag Digest, including its website, platform, original editorial features, and services, are the exclusive property of Ag Digest or its licensors. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use these materials without permission. Third-party news content remains the property of its original publishers.
We use industry-standard encryption and security practices to protect the data we hold. We apply appropriate technical and organizational safeguards to account, usage, and subscription data stored on our servers and with the service providers described in our Privacy Policy, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Ag Digest operates. Any disputes related to these Terms will be resolved in the jurisdiction specified by Ag Digest.
Ag Digest is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ag Digest is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including reliance on aggregated news, translations, or market data, or from any interruption, error, or unforeseen technical issue.
Ag Digest reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and the updated Terms will be posted on this page with the new effective date.
